Festival season has arrived and I want to go to all of them.
I have been busy sewing the costume for the Spirit Fairy. You will find her at the Optimist "Hot Tropics" Family Fun Festival Saturday June 21, Canada Day Parade, Downtown Abbotsford at the Berry Beat Festival July 4 and 5, and other Lantern making workshops around town. There is a contest to name the Fairy, she will be named at the Spirit Lantern Festival September 21,2008 at the Matsqui Trail regional Park. They will have a picnic, face painting, lantern making, games, a labyrinth, and more. Hope to see you there.
Tomorrow you will find me in my basement sewing something for me. This Fairy costume has juiced up my sewing creativity. And I sometimes need time for me
